.Is dressing up required?
Yes. This is a formal event but “costumes” are not required. There will be costume related prizes, so themed outfits are encouraged. Be sure to check out our socials for inspiration.
As a fantasy inclusive multiverse, dressing as your favorite book character is not only welcomed, but encouraged!
Are masks allowed?
No. In the interest of keeping everyone safe, no face masks (full, half, or otherwise) will be allowed. Why hide those beautiful faces?!
Please note: Exceptions for medial masks will be made.
Can I bring in a cosplay weapon as past of my costume?
This is the Dance of the Eternal Seasons and a peaceful event, please leave your weapons at home. Decorative staffs are permitted, but reminder, please no pointy things.
I have food allergies. Will there be safe food for me?
We are working closely with The Merion to address any dietary needs. Please email us directly so we can give you all the information regarding their food preparation protocol.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final any exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Are their accommodations or shuttle?
There are several local hotels in the area. We recommend designating a DD or using a car service if you feel it will be needed.
Why must I chose a court?
This is the Dance of the Eternal Seasons! All guests present, must represent a Court in order to create the magic of the seasons!
What is your costume policy?
While this is an 21+ over event, nips and tips need to be covered. Any lude, vulgar, or politically motivated costumes, will not be allowed to enter. Shoes are required.
We reserve the right to deny admission/remove any person whose attire we deem inappropriate.
If my friends and I chose different courts can we still sit together?
Sure can! Or you can sit at the court tables and mingle with new friends!
Is live streaming allowed?
No but you can take pictures with our Magic Mirror and receive your complimentary photo print out. We encourage everyone to visit our photo op stations with their phones, but enjoy the moment!
Is it 21+ over?
Yes, all attendees must be 21 years or over.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Valid ID’s are required to enter.
If you are younger than 21 and have a ticket you will be denied entry and forfeit the cost of your ticket.
There is an open bar?
Open bar will be available from 6:00pm -10:00pm. The bar will be closing promptly at 10:00pm. All bartenders are certified and they, as well as the event coordinators, reserve the right to stop serving any persons who are visibly intoxicated.
